Your Team:

Our Business Development team builds meaningful long term relationships with brokerages, agent teams, lenders, and home builders. We’re focused on helping them empower their home buyer and seller customers with Ribbon’s products to help families achieve homeownership and level the playing field in home buying.

YOUR ROLE

Partner Manager is a key role within the Business Development organization, focused on cultivating and maintaining relationships with large national partners.  By working closely with senior leadership at partner companies, this position will help Ribbon reach growth goals while also supporting the white-glove service Ribbon is known for.  The Partner Manager will provide partners with insights on how our services drive revenue, and work closely with Client Experience teams to ensure our partners’ successes.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE HOME OWNERSHIP ACHIEVABLE

  • Drive negotiations with new partners and create customized onboarding plans.
  • Leverage the right combination of Ribbon programs to drive success for the overall partnership (e.g. brokerage + in-house lending, brokerage + preferred lender partner, etc).
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partner team members (exec → operational).
  • Connect client team members with the right Ribbon teams to ensure seamless operations across teams, providing ongoing support for their teams to help drive adoption.
  • Provide regular analytics on partner performance to partner and internal teams. 
  • Communicate updates to Ribbon teams on status of partnerships and feedback from the partner/market, leveraging this information to make product decisions. 
  • Develop a regular cadence with specific partners to review business growth, celebrate wins, and drive incremental growth opportunities (ex: quarterly business reviews).
  • Identify and drive additional opportunities for top of funnel growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven and consistent track record of building new partnerships and strategies.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple teams across your organization, both internal and external.
  • Ability to create, track, and improve metrics of success for partnerships and programs.
  • Cultivated relationships with industry partners.
  • Adaptable communication, translating complex ideas into understandable concepts for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in a high-growth/startup environment.
