Partner Sales Coordinator

Yext is looking for a Partner Sales Coordinator to work directly with our senior sellers, enabling them to sell more efficiently. The Yext Partner and Strategic Partner Divisions enable organizations - from digital agencies, SEOs, and webmasters to domain hosting corporations and automated marketing solution providers - to offer Yext’s services to small businesses. As a Partner Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for understanding the Yext value proposition, partner business models and needs, and industry/market positioning. This role provides exposure to and training in strategic and consultative sales at its highest level. Some travel will be involved.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Strategic VPs and Senior Directors of Sales to optimize seller productivity
- Develop strong internal cross-team relationships to streamline our contracting and approvals process
- Execute tasks to support the sales process and move an opportunity forward
- Scheduling, organizing and coordinating sales meetings with prospects/partners
- Demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge align Yext offerings with client’s business objectives and initiatives
- Communicate with prospects to complete pre-sales paperwork and provide support through any issues
- Utilize multiple internal tools/softwares to create sales orders, facilitate transactions to conclusion, and keep records up to date
- Support senior executives as needed with reports and other tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of professional work experience, preferably in a sales, consulting, or business analysis
- Ability to work independently without constant direction
- Solid verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to listen to client and team needs and find solutions
- Experience executing high quality results in fast paced environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Great project and time management skills
- Experience in building and growing relationships
- Extremely detail oriented
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM systems

- Proficient in Salesforce
