How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Joining Collibra’s Sales & Customer Success Enablement team, the Partner Enablement Lead will be key to the success, growth and scale of the Collibra Partner organization - from GSIs to Strategic partners and Cloud Providers. Collibra is scaling quickly and partners are critical to that growth. Our position in the Data Intelligence industry, where we help enterprise customers transform how they find and use data, and power digital transformation, requires a high value Partner organization which embraces the customer journey, delivers outcomes quickly, to solve customer needs. 

The Partner Enablement Lead will support the entire ecosystem of Collibra partners; from onboarding through the partner lifecycle and also drive critical go-to-market initiatives internally and externally for our Collibra Partner Account Managers.  Included in this scope will be designing partner enablement learning paths with our Partner organization, and certification programs with our Collibra Education team. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of deep Partner knowledge, particularly in the cloud-provider space, business acumen, and knowledge of the technical/data landscape.

The Partner Enablement Lead at Collibra is responsible to:

  • Work with a broad set of Partner stakeholders, including Partner Account Managers, Strategic Partner leadership, Education and Customer Support
  • Understand partner learning needs and use those to design outcomes-focused enablement programs 
  • Use program management mechanisms to drive awareness, knowledge and skill development from release updates to key strategic programs
  • Collaborate work with our Partner team, our Customer Education team, to prioritize, launch and measure partner enablement programs
  • Create knowledge, skills and learning programs for our partner sellers in alignment with Collibra’s growth and strategic priorities. 

You Have:

  • 5+ years of Partner expertise; either through a vendor or a partner, training in a software (preferably SaaS technology sales environment)
  • Designed and delivered global Partner enablement plans with related business impact
  • Experience collaborating with a variety of internal teams to develop learning programs, promoted them to drive completion resulting in certifications or accreditations across competencies
  • Experience measuring the impact of enablement in the partner ecosystem.
  • Experience designing, building and/or delivering Partner training programs throughout the sales process/buyer journey

Reporting to Collibra’s VP of Sales Enablement, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will assess Partner enablement needs, skills and gaps
  • Within your third month, you will drive regular release updates that are partner ready, by partner seller role type
  • Within your sixth month, measure success by evaluating the overall business impact of training and enablement, time to productivity and cross-functional collaboration for Collibra Partners.
