Joining Collibra’s Technology Partner Team...

At Collibra, our Technology Partner team is responsible for all of Collibra’s technology partnerships - cloud partners and technology/ISV partnerships. The Partner Success Account Rep - Strategic Accounts would work with Collibra’s sales, product and engineering, product marketing, and partner teams to drive new ARR and revenue expansion with Snowflake, Databricks, and Tableau. The Partner Success Account Rep - Strategic Accounts is a thought-leader in the ongoing development of the Collibra Technology Partner Ecosystem.

Partner Success Account Reps - Strategic Accounts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Leading the strategic relationship with Snowflake, Tableau, and Databricks. You will work directly with the field leadership, system engineering, and product and engineering, to evangelize and drive the growth of these partnerships
  • Develop collaborative product portfolios and serve as a thought-leader for Collibra platform with these strategic partners
  • Drive net-new ARR through these partnerships and exceed revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to identify key partnership opportunities, joint product offering opportunities, events, and new market expansion via partnerships
  • Work with internal Collibra teams on partner requirements for growth by providing feedback to internal Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve Collibra’s overall offering

You Have:

  • Education: At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Marketing
  • Experience: 5-10 years relevant industry (data management and/or data governance) consulting, pre-sales, sales, product management, or engineering experience
  • Interest in learning new technologies and using Collibra with other technologies to help address a customer need or issue
  • Proven ability to positively influence an organization's sales growth and performance with a clear track record of growing, changing, and evolving business


You Are:

  • Experienced in building global GTM initiatives with strategic ISV partners
  • Knowledgeable about core data management and data governance technologies
  • Experienced in building executive relationship and developing joint sales and marketing assets
  • Comfortable discussing technology and demonstrating product capabilities to partners as well as part of marketing events (webinars, enablement recordings, etc…)
  • Skilled at learning new technology quickly and applying that knowledge with Collibra to help solve a customer problem

Reporting to Collibra’s VP, Technical Partnerships, Partner Success Account Rep - Strategic Account’s measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will be enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, and partner ecosystem
  • Within your third month, you will be working cross-collaboratively with product engineering to create targeted solutions that accelerate Collibra value and time-to-market (e.g. enhanced Tableau-Snowflake-Collibra use-case)  
  • Within your sixth month, you will be meeting revenue targets supported by joint solution sets, presenting to joint customers, and assisting with the creation of GTM market and technical assets 
  • At the end of the first year, you will have established yourself as a thought-leader and trusted voice with these strategic partners.
