About the role
Radar is looking for a Partnerships Associate to support the growth and expansion of agency partners in our Solution Partner Program (SPP). You will support our Director of BD responsible for the SPP by creating, organizing, and disseminating partner enablement assets and sales collateral, coordinating co-marketing projects, facilitating the onboarding of new SPP partners, and building repeatable and scalable processes that improve operational efficiency across the solution partner ecosystem.
As our first Partnerships Associate, you’ll get the chance to have lots of autonomy and impact at a high-growth tech startup. You will report to our Director of Business Development, Solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Build, manage and disseminate sales and partner-specific enablement collateral to SPP partners
- Develop account-specific business cases and ROI analyses that set our SPP partners up for success to win new business on top of the Radar platform
- Work cross functionally with partner, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate and project manage co-marketing and event efforts
- Facilitate the onboarding of SPP partners by coordinating legal paperwork, account lists, PR opportunities, and website updates via Contentful
- Assist in the coordination of partner facing calls by preparing agendas, taking notes, distilling action items, executing meeting recaps, and documenting updates in Trello/Salesforce
- Contribute to the partner section of our internal wiki (Notion) by ensuring our solution partner ecosystem is well documented and serves as a resource for our internal team
- Own any additional supporting functions as needed that support our Director of BD and accelerate our SPP growth objectives
You have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales, Marketing or Partnerships role at a B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrated experience conducting company research, synthesizing data and applying insights to a sales outreach motion
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
- Experience crafting internal and client-facing deliverables (slides, emails, one-sheets, etc.)
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the growth stack landscape and our integration partners, a strong plus
- Agency experience in a Sales, Marketing or Partnerships capacity, a strong plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Trello, a strong plus
