The Partnerships Associate will ensure the world’s best content is available to students and teachers by ensuring smooth management of our ecosystem of existing content partnerships. You will collaborate closely with our Content Partnerships, Editorial, Instructional Content, and Finance teams to manage content requests, track licensing spend, support invoicing processes, and support partner engagement activities. You’ll also lead the charge in pulling, organizing, and synthesizing data for internal content strategy decisions in addition to content partnership plans. You will identify potential strategic relationships within our ecosystem of 100+ content partners. Additionally, you’ll help support cross-functional teams with copyright questions & permissions, and will renegotiate and renew licensing agreements.

You’re a confident negotiator, can communicate persuasively in both written and verbal formats, can masterfully lead meetings with external executives, and are able to firmly and fairly negotiate with external partners. You’re able analyze and adapt processes to drive greater organization and efficiency.
