Want to help us transform the travel experience? The ideal candidate will have had planning experience at global companies, be highly skilled in Excel, detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to iterate on and implement new processes. You will report to the Director of Merchandise Planning and Allocation based in our New York City office.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and drive quarterly buying process for all Limited Edition product by creating quarterly category revenue targets, defining SKU counts, building unit buys, and owning all WOS planning.
  • Partner with Merch to drive strategy around SKU needs and style proliferation by deep diving into performance to better align our assortment to the customer’s needs. 
  • Work cross functionally with Merch, Design, and Product Development to infuse a Planning perspective into the product design process and ensure team decisions are based in data.
  • Continue to optimize and build new planning tools to strengthen visibility into the business and support cross functional needs. 
  • Create a robust hindsighting process for Merchandising, allowing teams to understand prior performance and impact future planning. 
  • Build and share company wide recaps on launch performance to highlight successes and opportunities.
  • Partner with Merch and Finance to size new potential revenue opportunities to continue to grow the business. 

Who you are:

  • 3-6 years professional experience, in a planning role
  • Comfortable and confident making planning decisions and recommendations grounded in data
  • High level of proficiency with Excel including data manipulation/organization and modeling/forecasting
  • A strong written/oral communicator
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires continual multi-tasking and prioritization 
  • Experience with a business intelligence tool like Looker or Tableau preferred, but not required 
  • Intellectually curious and an analytical thinker who can detect patterns and trends to add business value
  • A detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver 
  • Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Passionate about transforming travel (but that’s a given!)
