Overview
Sisense is seeking to hire a Sr. Partnerships Development Manager reporting to the Head of Platform Partnerships & Alliances. This position will be dedicated to the success of Sisense’s strategic and platform partnerships. The role will support conducting ecosystem mapping, outreach, negotiation and program management duties for new partnerships. Additionally, manage partnership business plans, accelerate adoption of our integrated platform, and partner marketing activities (e.g. joint events, webinars, collateral).
Essential Functions
- Conduct research and platform capability mapping to identify potential partners
- Reach out to potential partners, present the value prop, and tailored win-win partnership offering
- Assist or lead partner negotiations, agreement formulation, and launch planning
- Lead partner success management with our platform and strategic partnerships
- Be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of partners
- Connect regularly for a quick check-in with partner liaison (top 3 activities/issues)
- Deliver a cadence of deeper dives into account planning and partnership goals
- Identify and execute go-to-market opportunities
- Manage the marketing plan and support delivery with Sisense’s marketing team
- Measure demand for integration solution and support joint sales opportunities
- Represent Sisense at industry and partner-related events
- Align Sisense and partner roadmaps to deliver compelling customer propositions
- Maintain integration roadmap
- Talk with joint customers and use data to drive decisions to make integration and product enhancements
- Manage support requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance with the Customer Support and Customer Success teams
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, customer success, marketing or management consulting
- You've done a similar role before … and well!
- You've worked for a fast-growing BI and Analytics or company
- Experience with a technical product, comfortable bridging the gap between product and commercial
- Experience in a global, fast-paced business, not afraid of going the extra mile for your partner or team
- Proven track record of delivering under pressure
- 30% domestic (and possibly international) travel
- MBA preferred
