Here's what you would be doing at UiPath:Role:

For Client:

· Provides a strong point of view on how automation and AI fits into the Banking and Capital Markets landscape (Consumer Banking, Wholesale and Commercial, Asset Management, Brokerage)

· Able to articulate use cases and story telling that drive value add conversations, understand their challenges and opportunities for Automation.

· Work with Banking and Capital Markets Leads, presales, sales and customer success to build strong value propositions that promote adoption and scalability

· Point of contact for related domain experience and knowledge

For UiPath:

· Direct sales enablement to help mold the Banking and Capital Markets view and messaging in the market

· Work with training and support to develop ongoing content for new hires and client facing staff

· Work with product team to develop solutions that bring differentiation to the Insurance market

· Work with service integrators and technology organization to build unique market offerings that drive adoption and promote future ready

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a client-facing sales, pre-sales, consulting or operational role in Banking and Capital Markets processes
• Ability to demonstrate process understanding for Banking and Capital Markets landscape and the regulatory/compliance environment such as Financial Crime, CCAR/BASEL, BSA/AML
• Having a good understanding of the process challenges for Banking and Capital Markets Operations
• Demonstrate structured problem solving
• Experience with digital technologies: RPA, AI, ML, BPM, Conversational AI, Core Banking Platforms
• Available to travel up to 50% of the time
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, competency in other languages is a plus

Bonus Points for:

• Previous development or solution experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Workfusion, etc.
• · Having implemented process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma etc.
• · Proficient in leveraging social media to project/publish UiPath’s work in the field of Banking and Capital Markets
