Your team:

Our Strategic Partnerships team builds meaningful long-term relationships with brokerages, real estate agents, lenders, and home builders. As the Program Specialist you will help with the onboarding of new national partnerships and help to cultivate existing partnerships through partner engagement. You will also help to coordinate cross collaboration with internal teams. You will set a solid standard of professionalism and be a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion. You'll also be accountable for the team's projects and success through performance management.

How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

  • The Program Specialist will communicate with new business development partners and key cross-functional teams. You’ll be the operational and organizational spine for our business development efforts. 
  • Work with Partner Manager and Strategic Partnerships Manager to develop and automate new partner onboarding processes 
  • Coordinate and lead all new partner vendor due diligence required for Lender Partner onboarding
  • Collaborate on daily/weekly partner and program management activities to drive growth with key and strategic accounts
  • Assist with partner reporting needs
  • Partner closely with our business systems manager (Salesforce) and engineering team to identify areas of the program that could benefit from automated processes
  • Assist with internal BD Marketing/Communications, and external partner support.
  • Manage Training Decks & Materials associated with onboarding real estate firms & Lending firms to the platform
  • Assist in the coordination of monthly partner reviews, quarterly program reviews, and partner marketing efforts
