Joining Collibra’s Professional Services Operations team:

  • Collibra seeks a Program Manager to be a critical member of Collibra’s Professional Services Operations team by helping transform and operationalize the PS strategy, specifically the Education strategy, into standard practice with measurable KPIs.
  • The Program Manager will report into our Director of Professional Services Operations whose team supports multiple stakeholders in the organization including consulting, services delivery, education, coaching, enterprise adoption services, and PS executive leadership.
  • Whether we’re providing functional support, building programs or rollout out the latest process improvements, we are focused on providing a great professional experience while continuing to develop an effective operational foundation for the Professional Services Division at Collibra.

Program Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Implementing internal processes, methodologies and tools within the Education organization to improve business performance
  • Analyze operational data to identify business insights and opportunities for process improvement. Drive innovation, best practices and achievement of strategic objectives
  • Lead all project phases and multiple work streams ensuring successful launch, execution, and adoption of Education programs.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with business stakeholders, Collibra internal departments, and external vendors to influence, drive consensus, and resolve conflicts
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on business and university performance to PS Leadership

You Have:

  • 4+ Years of Relevant Experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations or Customer Operations, as well as program management and client relationship management
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects/programs and successful delivery in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple work threads to maximize impact
  • Demonstrated ability to influence management, teams and individuals across multiple functions within the organization
  • Problem solving, analytics and communication experience

Reporting to Collibra’s Director of Professional Services Operations, Program Manager’s measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will...have the lay of the land, met with the team, your business stakeholders and cross-functional partners, have participated in onboarding training to get a foundation of Collibra and our strategy, learn about PS’s current programs and systems, and identify some initial problems you would like to solve.
  • Within your third month, you will...implement and launch one of new programs/tools that help the PS team meet their strategic objectives
  • Within your sixth month, you will…have executed several new programs/processes to help achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
