As a Regional Customer Success Manager you are the go-to partner for district leaders. Leveraging industry and regional knowledge, you will be building and managing relationships with key decision-makers. By breaking down their curricular goals, you will work together to make sure they are executing on their intended use case of Newsela. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Professional Learning team to ensure professional development training is meeting the specific needs of your clients. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor managing every step of the client life cycle, leading to successful achievement of a district's desired outcomes and resulting in renewal and expansion of their Newsela subscription.
