The Role:  

As a Regional Customer Success Manager you are the go-to partner for district leaders. Leveraging industry and regional knowledge, you will be building and managing relationships with key decision-makers. By breaking down their curricular goals,  you will work together to make sure they are executing on their intended use case of Newsela. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Professional Learning team to ensure professional development training is meeting the specific needs of your clients. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor managing every step of the client life cycle, leading to successful achievement of a district's desired outcomes and resulting in renewal and expansion of their Newsela subscription.

With 3+ years experience managing a portfolio of accounts, you have a demonstrated ability to drive revenue through growth, retention and expansion. You are meticulous about understanding your clients’ goals and are their biggest advocate in ensuring they achieve them. You leverage your strong product knowledge and regional expertise with your relationship building skills to make yourself a trusted partner that clients love working with. You have a mastery in strategically planning and executing your client interactions, regularly checking the pulse and proactively reaching out to them to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
