Regional Manager, Account Development

| Greater NYC Area

Manage a team of Account Development Representatives that are responsible for sourcing and developing opportunities within assigned territories. ADR’s generate new sales opportunities to feed pipeline by cold calling and conducting strategic outreach through thorough research and qualification. You will play an integral role as the manager and leader of this team, motivating each individual to achieve personal and team quotas. You will also be a valuable contributor to the ADR organization, helping to improve and implement team processes through leading by example.


  • 2-5 years of experience in sales management or sales development management
  • Proven record of sales success in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience successfully managing people to achieve results
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
  • Ability to hire and train new ADRs
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Experience in sales coaching and mentoring
  • Has a strong drive for results
  • Strong engagement and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree


Hire, Train and Manage a team of Account Development Reps

  • Develop Reps into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior management
  • Motivate Individuals and Team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • The team is based in NYC but the role will support the Central Region
