Job Title:  Regional Sales Manager (Eastern US & Canada)

Reports to: SVP Sales - North America

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Travel Requirements: Up to 75%

Fluidmesh Networks is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern US & Canada.

 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:

The regional sales manager is responsible for identifying, strategizing, providing technical resource and building business relationships with National and Regional Security and IT, Integrator Partners. Also, targeting product specifiers (consulting engineers), contractors and associated distributors. Managing and working with independent manufacture representatives to grow region.

 

TERRITORY: Eastern US and Eastern Canada

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:  75%+

LOCATION: HQ - Brooklyn, NY or Eastern United States

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and manage the relationships with Fluidmesh channel partners, distributors, end-users and manufacturer’s representatives in your assigned territory.

- Effective and efficient territory management, including scheduling travel, prioritizing customer visits, coordinating with manufacturer’s representatives.

- CRM pipeline management including documenting, tracking and following up on all projects and opportunities active in the assigned territory.

- Weekly reporting and presenting of all opportunities, meetings, webinars and calls and any other critical events in the territory.

- Identify end user opportunities, educating and influencing them in using Fluidmesh products and technologies.

- Identify, recruit, train and develop business with strategic security and IT integrator partners in your assigned territory.

- Follow-up with leads and contacts by email and/or phone.

- Perform webinars, training sessions, seminars and other educational activities.

- Provides first-line product applications support including liaison with Fluidmesh product management and applications engineering and technical support staff.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.

- 5+ years sales experience in the security, IT or wireless sales channels.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Commitment to the Fluidmesh Networks Code of Ethics.

- - Excellent communications skills with ability to communicate confidently with both technically trained and non-technical customers.

- Professional presentation skills required to present Fluidmesh Networks values, products and solutions at various organizational levels.

- Ability to present to customers in an effective manner the product differentiation offered by Fluidmesh Networks.

- Ability to negotiate and guide potential customers toward an Fluidmesh provided solution.

- High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain existing customers.

- Demonstrated perseverance to follow up on open leads and convert these into sales.
