The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will play an integral role in developing Domio’s sales efforts by building value-focused relationships with clients and accounts. The RSM will represent Domio’s portfolio of Apart-Hotels and Vacation Rentals by leading sales efforts in assigned segments and markets.

At Domio You Will:

• Develop Groups Sales Market (10-20 rooms on peak) at all Domio Apart-Hotels 
• Develop Local Business Transient Accounts at all Domio Apart-Hotels 
• Develop Corporate Long Term Stay market at all Domio’s Vacation Rental properties and Apart-Hotels
• Work collaboratively with operations teams and revenue management to develop Group, Local BT, and Corporate Long Term Stay market

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in Hospitality/Travel Sales Management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or relevant field.
• Familiar with Travel Click’s Agency 360 and Demand 360 
• Familiar with Cvent 
• Willingness to travel to core markets and foster new relationships along with managing existing ones.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• A problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• A collaborator who has experience working in a very fast-paced environment
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a strong attention to detail
