Latch is seeking a Regional Vice President - East to join the Latch Sales team. You will engage and work with some of the world’s leading property developers, property managers, architects, and many more key players in the real estate industry.

As a Sales Leader, you will lead the sales team and be responsible for identifying and building new business with key players in the industry. You have a unique ability to uncover customer needs and drive consensus across all stakeholders, including proven track record penetrating difficult accounts. You are curious by nature, self-motivated and possess a relentless drive and initiative to win – anything it takes to close a deal!  You are a great team leader and able to get the most out of teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Implements sales strategies to win business and leads the sales team to consistently exceed quota
  • Oversees building and execution of deal plans for assigned target accounts and devises strategies to penetrate accounts within new territories 
  • Establishes relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory (property developers, property managers, architects, and general contractors)
  • Coaches account executives to deliver high quality tailored sales presentations that speak to Latch’s value-add
  • Ensures account executives are using selling techniques that offer a unique perspective to customers about their industry/business 
  • Manages customer consensus efficiently and develops strong relationships with key prospects 
  • Attends weekly forecast calls and effectively manages the assigned sales pipeline--accountable for pipeline data accuracy and accurate forecasting
  • Encourages teamwork and collaboration with internal resources (SEs, Services, Customer Success, Product) in order to drive sales success

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Enterprise sales teams
  • Excellent track record of exceeding quota and closing large enterprise deals
  • Experience managing and closing complex deals
  • Ability to quickly identify and help account executives resolve deal roadblocks
  • Thrives in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Ability to drive consensus internally and work well in a team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with large responsibilities
  • Passion for learning real estate (no background required)
