One Drop is seeking to hire a Regional VP of Sales to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Regional Sales Directors, leading the way to building a solid pipeline with an established clear path to achieving targeted sales quotas. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience with leading an enterprise sales team at a digital health or HR SaaS company, will be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, will be a quick learner, and a great team player. You'll make an impact by:

  • Managing and motivating a team of Regional Sales Directors to meet or exceed individual sales targets 
  • Applying knowledge and expertise in HR / Employee Benefits industry to guide team in building a robust sales pipeline
  • Establishing and building relationships with key HR / Benefits decisions makers 
  • Providing ongoing analysis of market and competitive dynamics in order to develop and refine our business development and go-to-market approach
  • Delivering on revenue objectives as measured by new customer agreements signed and successful program implementation
  • Establishing relationships with regional broker / consultant partners as a way to open doors, establish credibility and win business with new employer customers 
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to communicate customer needs and establish requirements to guide the program implementation process

You'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 7+ yrs experience in enterprise sales leadership and direct sales with proven success selling HR / Benefits SaaS or healthcare technology solutions to VP / Directors of HR and Employee Benefits
  • Knowledge of healthcare, chronic disease, digital health, healthcare systems, and employer benefits programs and processes
  • Experience with complex negotiations for long-term relationship management and multi-year contract cycles
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, account management and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for helping people and ability to energize and excite stakeholders at all levels within an organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup - ability to deal with ambiguity, innovate quickly, and solve problems creatively
  • Desire to work in highly collaborative and challenging work environment with ability to work well in remote, cross-functional team settings
  • Proficiency with CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce
