As a Relationship Engagement Manager, you will be on the front line of fostering Domio’s strategic partnerships with property owners and managers across the U.S. and internationally. You will help drive relationships through the entire lifespan of the connections, from lease signing, to implementation, to on-going support. Domio currently controls hundreds of properties across the U.S. in major markets, with plans to expand into gateway cities around the globe.

At Domio You Will:

  • Drive long-term partnership value by fostering relationships and retention with large property owners and managers
  • Develop a deep understanding of the property owners’ and managers’ business, operating environment, goals, and real estate objectives
  • Oversee the journey of new partnerships and ensure successful partnership with Domio, along with a positive brand experience for the Landlord and the long-term tenants in the buildings from which we operate
  • Manage day to day communications with the property owners and managers
  • Manage the long term health of our partnership base
  • Create communication tailored by stakeholder for all stages of the relationship lifecycle

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years experience in a Customer Relationship Management or Account Management role
  • General understanding of the real estate and landlord/tenant space
  • Upselling and renewal experience preferred
  • A proven record of retaining and growing multiple account relationships
  • Positive attitude and remarkable ability to build rapport from initial conversation and throughout the account lifecycle
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, and able to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to work in hyper fast-paced and changing environment
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills, along with focused attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
