About the role
Fresh off of our $25M Series A funding, we are growing rapidly and looking for talented self-starters to help us scale. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to move into/continue their early career in operations, and grow with a scaling company. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll be the second hire on a Revenue Operations team poised to grow significantly in 2022.
As a member of the RevOps team focused on Tools and Systems, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and own the optimization of our go-to-market tech stack. You’ll become the expert in each of these systems and develop tool-based solutions for each of these teams, based on their specific needs.
This role is for you if:
- You want to join a company on the ground floor, at a moment of rapid growth and change
- You find that overcoming challenges and solving complex problems is particularly rewarding for you
- You’re looking to join an organization fueled by learning and development, and recognize the positive impact of adopting a growth mindset
- Authenticity and transparency are two qualities that you value in a working environment
