Job Description:

Provides technology and administrative support to sales leadership, management, and individual sellers as needed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting sales management and individual sellers with tasks such as expense report tracking, travel, Workday report pulling, calendaring, and other miscellaneous administrative duties.
  • Processes data and generates routine reports regarding things like sales results, SFDC reports, contest results, and market conditions.
  • Manages calendars and travel itineraries.
  • Additional duties may vary but will all encompass sales support.
  • Available for ad-hoc requests.

 

Education & Experience:

  • College degree or minimum equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid sales support or administrative experience.
  • Previous experience managing multiple calendars, travel, and expense reports.

 

Skills:

  • Looking for someone who is technology curious and technology interested.
  • Team player.
  • Works well independently and is a self-starter.
  • Maintains confidentiality as needed.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has experience with onboarding and helping new employees get set up.
  • Has experience working with a fast-paced selling organization.
  • Previous experience working as part of a global sales team.
  • Previous experience working at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Exposure to Salesforce.com, Oracle expense reports, and Workday HCM.

Our NY office is in the heart of midtown on 6th Ave at 55th St. Easily accessible by train and bus. Building will have a new gym by end of 2019.
