About the Role

We have extended our sales territory to over 10 countries with plans for even more growth in 2021. Raycon is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Administrative Assistant for our expansion into all retail channels. 

This role requires being onsite in our Midtown Manhattan office.

What We're Looking For

  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports
  • Coordinate with Account Executive(s) to generate new leads/quotations and improve/optimize their sales process
  • Develop presentations for Account Executive(s) to present to potential customers 
  • Participate in some telemarketing duties; light cold calling 
  • Provide sales support by quoting customers on services
  • Generate accurate reports using basic knowledge of pricing and sales procedures 
  • Answer phone and gives information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals 
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases 
  • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such correspondence, or other material
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures 
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors
  • Enter information pertaining to potential leads and current customers in the active CRM, NetSuite

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience related to customer service and/or account management in a B2B setting
  • Experience in the consumer electronics field preferred 
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and NetSuite preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
  • You have passion. Maybe you’re an amateur pinball player, a writer, a car enthusiast, a side hustler. You know what it’s like to deeply enjoy what you do and you embrace it. 
  • You have a sense of humor. You know life’s too short to take yourself too seriously.
