Sales Administrator
Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to support both our insurance carrier and tech partner sales teams. Our rapid growth requires a new level of operational rigor and organization in our sales process. The Sales Administrator will play a part in laying a foundation for scalable sales processes that support revenue growth. This “go to” individual will liaise not only with the sales teams, but with prospects, customers and our customer success, marketing and legal teams.
In this role you will make an impact by:
- Transforming our CRM (PipeDrive) into a source of actionable and clean data
- Bringing efficiency to our sales process by pre-qualifying and distributing sales leads
- Preparing standard contracts and working with legal on non-standard agreements
- Preparing reports and measuring and reporting on KPIs
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years working in a sales organization
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- 2+ years of SalesForce experience
- Microsoft Office and Google Apps expertise
- Intellectual curiosity and a drive to improve efficiency
