Sales Administrator/Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator/Coordinator to join our sales team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. You will provide training, technical and coordination/operational support for the sales department at SevenRooms.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of our product, customers, internal key stakeholders, and sales best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills, are energetic and welcoming, and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you!
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality training, employee engagement, tracking metrics and achieving sales targets.
What You'll Do
- New hire training coordination and oversight
- Re-training schedule and cadence
- Setting up all systems for new hires
- Scheduling shadow calls for new Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
- Provide feedback to Sales Managers after shadow calls for coaching purposes
- Replenish named account list each quarter
- Set territories for new AEs that come on board
- Review opps each week, flagging those that have lost traction or lack appropriate follow-through
- Contest rollout (creating powerpoint, scheduling meeting, purchasing any needed materials), recording, tracking, and then completion (buying prizes, etc.)
- Sourcing and evaluating new sales tools to support the team
- Assisting Sales Managers in weekly wrap up emails by providing metrics and key highlights
- Sales Dashboard maintenance and reporting
- Track all sales in Salesforce (SFDC) to ensure proper forms have been completed
- Communicate with the Billing department on any abnormal billing situations
- Plan meetings and ensure that sales representatives in the field are in contact with home office staff
Who You Are
- A Bachelor’s or Master's Degree preferably in Training/Education, Business, Marketing or related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years in B2B training or sales experience, with a strong emphasis on the areas of relationship building, conducting or coordinating sales training programs, delivering product demonstrations and coaching sales people
- Experience consulting with leaders and stakeholders, with a proven track record of establishing relationships and the ability to be a strategic partner (vs. just execution)
- A collaborative approach, strong analytical and reporting skills and the ability to identify trends and make recommendations around data and sales analytics
- Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience
- Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of influencing positive change both up, down and across with excellent communication skills.
