As a Sales Analyst at Conductor based in our NYC Headquarters, you will provide critical support across the organization. The Revenue Operations team is responsible for empowering our market facing teams with the tools and data needed to continue our organization’s successful growth. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations.
A day in the life..:
- Manage contract order form process
- Provide custom order form edits within sales systems
- Ensure Customer & Prospect Data Cleanliness to ensure accurate reporting
- Perform regular quality audits to ensure contract data is accurate
- Assist in creating and updating revenue team’s and individual’s dashboards
- Subject Matter Expert on all things Salesforce and assist with new hire trainings
- Maintain data accuracy across all accounts, contacts & opportunity fields in Salesforce
- Coordinate with data science team to ensure consistent refresh of 3rd party data
- Track and analyze key metrics ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting
- Develop and deliver reporting to support initiatives and day-to-day operations
We're excited if you..:
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience or prior internships working within Sales or Sales Operations preferably within a SaaS business
- 1 year Salesforce administrative experience or Salesforce certification
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and organizational/time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage critical situations
- Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals
- Demonstrate a hustle attitude with persistent approach
- Ability to track a multitude of simultaneous projects
- Matured sense of tact and conflict resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication & presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively cross lines of business, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate
- Desired prior experience using DocuSign, Adobe Pro a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite with strong Excel Skills
- Comfortable in the fast-paced, high growth environment of a startup
