Who You Are
This is an opportunity for a Sales Associate Manager to directly impact and move Justworks forward in our success as we expand our user-base and continue to grow the business. As a Sales Associate Manager, you will be working with individuals that move into the Sales Associate program and work directly with Sales Training and Enablement to coach and develop the SA’s in becoming future Account Executives. You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate and maintain a high performing team while being positive and enthusiastic. You have a strong track record of exceeding results and iterating to improve. It truly excites you to grow a business, solve problems and be an integral part of someone’s career growth.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create, implement and train on sales processes utilizing our Value Selling methodology
- Coach and train high-performing salespeople according to company values and methodology
- Reinforce training topics and apply to real life deal scenarios
- Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
- Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis in accordance with specific SA metrics in place
- Implement performance plans according to company procedure
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
- Meet pre-determined training metrics and revenue goals through the activities of direct reports
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of selling experience at Justworks; management or training experience is a plus
- Must be in good standing
- You love data - you only make decisions that are backed up by the numbers
- You have strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with data analysts and reporting - you know Excel forward and back
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
