The Role

This role involves a combination of new business development and account management in the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative firm where you can make an immediate impact and develop critical career skills. You will work closely with senior sales and executive management teams reporting directly to a senior sales director.

Responsibilities

Primary

  • New Business Development: Identify and qualify prospects; schedule meetings and calls with key stakeholders.
  • Account Management: Maintain current client relationships by keeping regular contact, understanding organization and fielding enquiries to ensure a great experience with the Finsight product suite. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing cross sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Support senior sales members in managing their pipeline development from introduction to close. Tasks may include; developing targeted prospects lists, cold calling and email correspondence and managing follow up cadence.  
  • Attend and lead client pitches and meetings with the objectives of developing new business or meaningful client relationships.
  • Mastery of our products, services and understanding of use cases based on client type.

Secondary

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of sales presentations, marketing circulars, site copy etc.
  • Solicit and communicate client feedback in the pursuit of new product developments.
  • Maintain client and prospect information into Finsight’s CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Conduct research and industry competition intelligence.
  • Lead client onboarding and ongoing product training.
  • Travel will include client meetings, Finsight’s Los Angeles office, industry conferences mostly in the Americas; occasionally international.

  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Team player; prioritizes best interest of the company and its employees.
  • Ability to see tasks and projects through to conclusion.
  • Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • High Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $60,000
  • Competitive commission structure.
  • On target earnings: $85,000.
