Responsibilities:

  • You will report to the Global Director, Sales Operations
  • You will help support the needs of our Compensation function as we scale
  • You will help create strategic and new solutions to empower Unqork as a top employer in the no-code space
  • Conduct research and data analysis on competitive global compensation programs, including designing incentives for quota-carrying individuals
  • Administer the monthly calculation and payment of sales incentive compensation for employees on Unqork's commission and bonus plans within the Go-To-Market (GTM) Organization; perform monthly audits and data reviews to ensure commission accuracy
  • Be the main contact for all sales incentive compensation related inquiries; resolve commission disputes and process any necessary corrections or adjustments
  • Ensure accurate distribution of sales compensation letters to new hires; educate new hires on how their incentive compensation plan works and how to access their monthly commission statements
  • Provide support to any external audit firm on commission related matters
  • Help design sales compensation plans and policies and implement processes each fiscal year or as needed to support our goals
  • You will partner with Sales Leadership to plan and administer sales territories and Account Lists for equitable coverage of individual quota
  • Work on multiple ad-hoc projects on the team

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2-4 years of related experience in Sales Compensation
  • Working knowledge of compensation best practices and market trends
  • Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) knowledge with an understanding of financial modeling
  • Comfortable navigating an environment with developing processes and structures
  • Communicate with senior management and provide recommendations
  • Experience collaborating across teams and organizations
