Sales Incentives Manager

You’ll be joining us at an exciting moment in the HUMAN story: we joined forces with PerimeterX in a market-changing merger, as well as recently acquired clean.io to enhance the Human Defense Platform. What you'll do:
- Assist the creation and optimization of incentive plans for each sales role in the region while promoting global consistency
- Lead sales compensation administration inclusive of calculating and submission of monthly/quarterly sales commissions, communication of plan agreements, and own the data integrity of the Incentives tool.
- Use discretion to resolve sales compensation disputes/concerns raised by the field, as the primary first point of contact. Ensure consistent interpretation and governance surroundings plan terms and conditions.
- Evaluate and recommend process refinement for more efficient monthly commission results, and execute on implementing approved recommendations
- Ensure commissions are processed accurately and on-time, with proper approval governance captured for SOX compliance.
- Provide consultation on data consolidation for analysis to the Sales Compensation team.
- Manage Monthly accrual and re-forecasts, in partnership with the Rev Ops and Finance teams.
- Develop commission related workflow SOP’s.
- Own maintenance of data in the Incentives tool, with minor troubleshooting and configuration of the platform as necessary. Provide UAT support as necessary.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of sales operations, analytics, or sales incentive experience
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Bachelor's degree; master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning
- Experience in business analysis including issue tracking, problem resolution, and reporting
- Solid business partnering and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong reconciliation experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
- Experience in data science or analytics and solid spreadsheet skills are a plus
