The Sales Coordinator at Stack Overflow will have an impact on the daily operations of the Revenue Department of Stack Overflow. The Sales Coordinator will work directly with the Managing and Sales Directors of the 3 business units: Engagement, Enterprise, and Talent to ensure that each team is properly supported. They are troubleshooters, translators, help desk attendants, diplomats, human databases, travel consultants, amateur psychologists, and ambassadors to the inside and outside world.

What you'll do:

  • Source and execute sales teams quarterly events
  • Assist with tracking of Sales Contests and coordinating Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIFs).
  • Drive the communication from the sales team to the rest of the company via monthly status reports and providing numbers to upper management
  • Organize and coordinate all Sales training sessions including all new hire on-boarding, manager, and team training
  • Coordinate travel for New Hires traveling between our 3 main offices for training
  • Calendar Management for Directors, as requested

What you'll need to have:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1 - 2 years experience as a coordinator or administrative assistant, experience in sales or tech organizations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders & projects

It'd be nice if you had:

  • Experience with and/or knowledge of Guru, Slack, Trello, Salesforce, Looker, Expensify, & Google Suite
  • Project management experience
