Click’s lead prescription program is entering into a multi-center, randomized, controlled, parallel-group, phase III FDA registration trial for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder in adults. Major pipeline expansion and progression is in process.
About the Role
Click’s Commercial team is looking for a Sales Development Manager to open doors and create new client relationships for our industry-leading digital therapeutics program. The successful candidate will have the ability to cold-prospect corporations and develop new partnerships, give compelling product demos to potential clients, and work with the entire Commercial Team to on-board members.
This is a highly visible, creative, and agile role within a rapidly growing pre-IPO company in a nascent and fast-growing space. The role will be located in our trendy TriBeCa HQ, includes great benefits, and is an excellent wealth-building/equity opportunity for the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating sales leads with mid-large employers and develop partnerships
- Hit key targets for origination of new leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with Click’s VP, Sales to qualify leads and move to next phase of sales cycle
- Build a robust pipeline with accurate opportunity forecasting
- Inbound lead qualification and follow up from marketing events, conferences, trade shows, email campaigns and website inquiries
- Manage and log all activity in Salesforce.com
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven sales experience to HR and Employee Benefit managers or Health Plans / System providers
- Experience selling with Wellness/Health products
- Demonstrated ability to originate sales opportunities
- Strong ability to present to executives and communicate with management team, and excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skill
- Preferred: Experience in a high growth company
- Preferred: Experience working with Salesforce
