The Role:

As the Demand Generation Operations, you will work with our business development leadership team in partnership with marketing and sales leadership to optimize our sales and marketing funnels.  The ideal candidate has a background in sales operations, financial analysis, or has been a consultant working with high-growth start-ups. You're a self-starter who can create scalable processes, work with little direction, deliver measurable increases in productivity, and are excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our quickly growing team.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to maximize sales and lead generation efficiency to support outstanding execution in the sales process.
  • Optimize the execution of pipeline and deal flow by:
    • Collaborating with Marketing to understand the top of funnel lead flow and how we can optimize conversion of leads to pipeline
    • Determining spend needed for lead funnel
    • Ensuring that leads are properly allocated to sales/ marketing pipelines
  • Manage sales development territories, ensuring equal coverage so that teams are supported and are able to hit their ambitious targets.
  • Analyze data to determine which leads increase team effectiveness
  • Drive strategic projects to ensure that department specific strategic goals align with company goals/strategy
  • Assist in the creation, formalization, and management of BDR policies
  • Track key pipeline metrics (e.g. MQL/SQL volume, target account penetration, conversions, win rates, etc.) and design experiments to drive efficiencies
  • Project planning
    • Responsible for leading operational efforts to support to our sales development team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent work experience 
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Financial Analyst roles
  • Ability to partner with marketing and sales leadership and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Salesforce and SalesLoft (or other cadence management tool)
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results, consistently meets project deadlines
  • Excitement for and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a growing team
  • Highly organized & detail-oriented; adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, experience in change management a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
  • You are a strategic problem solver
