Sales Development Rep
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
mParticle is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Growth team. In this role you will report to Head of Marketing and will be responsible for prospecting, educating, qualifying and developing leads into sales-ready opportunities for the Regional Sales Directors.
We are seeking a compelling and skillful communicator with exceptional time management skills who is self-disciplined, ambitious and goal-oriented. An ideal individual will be driven to achieve or exceed objectives and be able to demonstrate a good technical aptitude and the ability to quickly adopt new sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with key members of the sales and marketing teams to help engage new customer opportunities
- Identify and engage key personas through outbound campaigns and communication
- Develop creative messaging for outbound prospecting via email, social media etc
- Learn best practices utilizing our marketing tech stack including Salesforce, Google, and other and systems
- Help interested prospects complete the initial steps in the customer journey
Ideal candidates:
- Interested in data, analytics, marketing, and machine learning solutions
- Highly intelligent with past sales experience
- Outgoing and friendly, able to talk to anyone
- High energy, and optimistic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in public speaking a plus
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce.com, Gmail, and Outreach platforms
- BA/BS Degree from a top university or college
