How you'll make an impact at Collibra:

Are you a motivator, process-junkie, and natural team captain? Do you make work enjoyable, push your teammates and know how to execute & deliver? Collibra is seeking a Manager for our ever growing Sales Development Representative team. As a manager on our SDR team, you will become an expert on Collibra and help define a market space where enterprise business users can find, trust and understand their data.

 

A day in the life of a Sales Development Representative Manager:You’ll be reporting directly to Senior Manager of Sales Development, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Manage a team of 6-8 world class SDRs who drive outbound lead generation and cultivate relationships to drive opportunities and our customer’s success
  • Recruit, train, coach, mentor & promote new SDRs
  • Act as a true “leader-coach” and team player to drive process and performance improvement
  • Continually optimize sales cadences, campaigns, and collateral for optimal results
  • Own and manage metrics and goals that help drive our bottom line
  • Promote a culture of learning and development, both internally & for our customers
  • Manage and track your team’s pipeline using our CRM tools and tech stack
  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to drive business value
  • Prioritize 1:1’s and develop your teams talent to grow into new opportunities at Collibra

You have:

  • BA/BS Degree required, MBA preferred
  • Best-in-class phone & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • True passion for learning new things
  • 1-2 years sales development
  • 2-3 years closing sales experience
  • 1-3 years sales management experience
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup environment
  • Passion for team building
  • Experience in SaaS B2B sales
  • Experience using CRM
