We’re seeking a passionate and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in a dynamic, rapidly expanding organization. As a member of the inside sales team, you’ll be sourcing and qualifying new leads for our Employer program offering. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account development, and be comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment. Our sales team plays a crucial role in the growth of One Drop as we form new relationships with self-insured employers seeking to offer our chronic condition management programs to employees and family members.

You'll make an impact by

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting using account research, cold calls and emails
  • Working with new and existing leads to build awareness of One Drop’s program and nurture prospects through a qualified sales pipeline
  • Working closely with Account Executives to build and grow sales pipeline including initiating and scheduling meetings with qualified employer prospects
  • As part of sales pipeline development, meet or exceed targets for activity levels, connect rates, and qualified leads in terms of both quantity and quality
  • Identifying and pursuing partnerships with regional broker/consultant partners
  • Contributing to weekly / monthly pipeline report by logging all activities in HubSpot

You'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 1 -2 years of professional sales development experience
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication
  • Organizational, planning, and networking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel), GSuite, and Hubspot CRM
  • Ability to interact with HR / Benefits professionals at large employers
  • Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently to manage and prioritize workload
  • Bonus Points:

  • A personal connection to, or passion for diabetes care or related chronic conditions
