nTopology is hiring for an Outbound Sales Development Representative. You will be responsible for researching and identifying sales opportunities for nTopology products. You will be dedicated to pursuing some of the most advanced engineering companies in the Aerospace and Defense, Medical, Automotive, and Consumer Products industries. You will represent the front line of the company's sales and marketing efforts, playing an important role in growing the business by starting the sales process and helping set up the sales teams for success.

This role reports to the Sales Development Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads for our Commercial and Enterprise Teams.
  • Sending personal, strategic, value-add emails, calls and social messages.
  • Sourcing potential prospects via a predetermined criteria.
  • Work with our Enterprise team to get a deeper understanding of larger accounts. 
  • Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner.
  • Successfully and proficiently answering prospect questions and providing appropriate details to Application Engineers, Sales Engineers, and Account Managers. 
  • Capturing accurate documentation on all activities, recording information in Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, and LeadIQ. 
  • Consistently maintaining quality.
  • Achieving defined productivity objectives.
  • Working closely with our Marketing Team in order to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity.
  • Participating in marketing campaigns and events as needed.
  • Meeting all company policies and procedures.
