Having recently opened a new office in New York City we are now ready to grow exponentially in this market, looking immediately for a second sales professional to deliver the vision.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be excited at the thought of joining a fast-paced, innovative business with passionate colleagues.  You will be proactive and ambitious with a proven track record of achievement within sales development and/or inside sales, and eager to take a leap forward in your career, working with a product that will ensure you make your mark in the industry.

Reporting to the VP of Sales, North America, you will need the drive to own inside sales, contribute to team metrics and meet your own revenue target. You will understand the business needs of in-house counsel and be able to articulate how our product can help them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to growth in the USA via sales development/inside sales
  • Represent the business at sales and marketing events throughout the year
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales revenue targets
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious KPIs and activity levels  
  • Meticulously develop and nurture leads through to closure
  • Ability to forecast accurately
  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies with our Business Development Lead, North America

Background required

  • 2+ years of a successful, stable career as an SDR in B2B software sales or legal services
  • Strong track record of achievement, demonstrating the ability to excel in a target-driven environment
  • Comfortable selling into large and enterprise sized businesses
  • Demonstrable determination to generate leads and deliver deals
  • Proven experience in successfully meeting telesales targets
  • CRM experience (ideally Salesforce)
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • BA/BS required, graduate level or equivalent preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
