Sales Development Representative (Stealth Venture)
This is a Sales Development Representative role at a new venture launching out of Redesign Health, focused on created a holistic health experience that unites medical care and wellness services within one elevated space and brand.
About the Role
We are seeking Sales Development Representatives who are passionate about making healthcare more accessible. We are looking for driven people who are truly motivated by the desire to make a difference, open new doors in health and wellness, and attain financial rewards for doing so. These representatives will play a critical part in expanding our unique offering for our guests.
These representatives will be responsible for bringing health and wellness professionals into our locations. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the ideal candidate will work with other senior leaders in the organization to develop and maintain regular contact with prospects, partners and vendors to produce qualified leads and convert new business for HealthQuarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop pipeline with medical and wellness providers to occupy space within HealthQuarters sites
- Negotiate, sign, and close agreements with providers to occupy space within HealthQuarters’ sites
- Effectively communicate the HealthQuarters value proposition to potential tenants
- Employ effective selling techniques, including pre-call planning, effective opening, presentation focus and productive questions, issue identification and effective closing
- Continuously prospect for complimentary new providers
- Prepare and present thoughtful proposals and bids that effectively promote our value proposition
- Customize the delivery of product messages to align with providers’ needs and highlight only those features and benefits that are relevant to the provider
- Participate in special events including but not limited to health fairs, promotional events and conferences
Qualifications:
- Embodies our company values
- A fast learner who can retain a lot of information. You are excited to become an expert on all things related to HealthQuarters.
- An expert communicator. You are patient, personable, and can communicate with a variety of people from spinal surgeons to health coaches
- BA / BS degree
- Knowledge of healthcare Industry and general economics of business
- Prior healthcare sales experience preferred
