As a Sales Development Representative at Mulberry, you will have an immediate and significant impact on the growth of our company. In this role you will learn how to build value-based relationships with prospective customers, utilize research techniques to personalize prospect outreach, and overcome objections to move prospects forward in the sales cycle. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to be challenged, can take direction quickly, and likes working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Learn about the sales process from start to finish
  • Identify, qualify, and develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Generate outbound leads through prospecting and cold calling
  • Set & assist in the preparation for prospective customer meetings
  • Help with activation of client launch campaigns

What We’re Seeking

  • Passion for building a career in sales
  • 6 months of outbound sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management & organizational ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset--able to face new challenges & multitask
  • Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Resilience, persistence, and the ability to overcome objections (a must!)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT
  • A great sense of humor!

Nice-to-haves

  • Sales or Marketing internship experience
  • B2B SaaS background
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and SalesLoft
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (huge plus!)
