Our Healthcare team is seeking a Sales Development Representative that will help grow the enterprise business by increasing our top-of-funnel lead volume for our employer sales program.

What You'll Do

Supporting the creation of sales opportunities by generating and qualifying leads:

  • Execute outbound prospecting of Benefits, HR representatives, and Broker channel reps to employers through customer, contact, and market research 
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through several sources (website inbound, marketing event outreach, conferences, trade shots, email campaigns)
  • Educate prospects and partners on Noom through brief intro calls / email comms
  • Support in the organization of qualified lead database with Sales Ops/Sales Execs

Support development of outbound sales materials:

  • Help in development of basic outbound materials (email templates, etc.)
  • Serve as point of contact for top-of-funnel opportunities by responding to basic questions via email, and connecting with sales execs when appropriate

What We Look For

  • 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales (preferably in a high growth tech co)
  • Prior experience in customer / client relationships (either in a customer service role or an inside sales related role) 
  • Understanding of end to end sales cycle management from prospecting to close 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, CRM systems 
  • Strong multitasking, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to support client communications when necessary to qualify leads 
  • Logistics: Flexible to remote location
