About the Role
MaestroQA is looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who will prospect and qualify potential customers for the MaestroQA Sales team, building trust and rapport that result in qualified opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to break into the ground floor of a rapidly growing company, have a direct impact on revenue, and learn the ins and outs of SaaS sales. A successful SDR will also see several opportunities for growth within the go-to-market teams.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first point of contact between prospective customers and MaestroQA. An SDR will be responsible for generating (and qualifying) new leads. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for determining potential opportunities for new business, and they can rapidly qualify, convert, and assign those opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own and meet target quota related to the number of qualified opportunities, the value of sales pipeline, and revenue
- Qualify Inbound inquiries and nurture relationships with potential customers
- Conduct outbound prospecting for new business, including researching companies and individuals that meet criteria for prospective partnership with MaestroQA
- Develop ideal customer profiles for outbound and participate in creative methods for attracting customers
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value propositions navigate objections, and create and nurture relationships
- Increase knowledge by researching trends and best practices, reading business publications, seeking out learning and development opportunities, and utilizing internal training resources
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with proven success in Sales Development, Lead Generation, and/or Sales
- Familiarity with the SDR stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator) or other comparable software platforms
