Are you a motivated hunter who enjoys developing pipelines through a disciplined sales process with an ability to deliver creative sales development solutions? Prove is looking for sales development representatives (SDR) with a proven track record crushing your goals, partnering with enterprise sellers and a customer first attitude. What You Are Accountable For
- Be highly disciplined and follow sales process and sales playbook daily
- Prospect and set quality meetings for assigned Sellers
- Become proficient in an outbound transactional sales process model
- Establish a need for and value of our products, identify key decision-makers and schedule quality meetings
- Exceed personal and team goals while teaching and learning from peers and mentors
- Learn self-management and time-management skills
- Contribute directly to the rapid growth of our Global Sales Team
- Consistently drive process improvements and best practices to improve global sales process strategies and activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic external expectations
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion and leadership
- Assist in achieving our corporate objectives on brand NPS, customer pass-rates and NPS, platform resilience, data privacy and platform and data security
- Keep the company informed on market intelligence regarding the global identity verification and authentication markets
What We Require
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree
- 0-2 experience in Analyst, Research or Sales development roles
- 0-2 years of experience in Crypto, Cloud, Identity or Payments segments
- Possess the ability to communicate simply, articulately while exuding confidence and humility
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
