Safe Drive offers the worlds most advanced and reliable collision avoidance technology and the only one that directly integrates with a Fleet Management software. Since being in the U.S. we've helped companies become more profitable, lower insurance premiums, eliminate lawsuits, and manage their fleets more efficiently.

About the Role

Safe Drive Systems is looking to hire an Sales Development Representative to help nurture contacts in the top of the sales funnel by creating meetings for out Sales Engineers. You will grow our business by reaching the right people at the right companies, creating need, demonstrating value, and generating enough interest to solidify a meeting. You excel in high-energy and open environments, are not afraid of rejection, and relish dealing with all the challenges that growth creates.

You Will

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build regular campaigns and systematically improve the lead qualification processes.
  • Consistently produce a high level of outbound prospecting activity.
  • Analyze industry trends and segments to create new sources of qualified leads.
  • Utilize CRM system to track activity and manage sales opportunities.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified opportunity goals.
  • Maintain an up to date technical understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions.

The Expectations

In your first month, you will learn about Safe Drive Systems and become proficient in the product. We believe that it is necessary for you to build this foundation so you can successfully grasp Safe Drive Systems' sales strategy. Upon completion of your first month, you will have the ability to manage inbound and outbound leads effectively.

After 45 days, you'll understand the entire sales cycle, our processes', the resources we use here, and be able to manage any leads that come in, from start to finish, with proficiency.

You Are

  • Disciplined. Hard work beats talent when talent refuses to work hard.
  • Effective at managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Diligent and Prompt.
  • Experience with CRM related tools (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, PandaDocs, Zoom, etc) and lead qualification-related applications a plus.
  • A master of critical thinking.
  • Adaptable.
