We're looking for dynamic, high-performing Sales Development Representative who is obsessed with detail and making contacts with industry leaders.  The ideal candidate has a history of creative writing and networking skills.

Your day-to-day:

  • Become an expert in the Fairygodboss customer. Understand the customers’ roles, business objectives and importantly, how to initiate contact.
  • Qualify a high volume of leads for the Sales team through creative research on executives in HR, namely in the Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding arenas.
  • Attend conference sponsorship opportunities, and help manage execution.

  • Attend networking events in the area to meet and get to know key stakeholders.

  • Draft creative and compelling content for emails for the Sales team.

  • Support the Fairygodboss Sales and Customer Success teams where needed, including our annual signature Galvanize event for leaders of women’s corporate affinity groups.

Requirements:

  • You are independent, self-directed and you strive for excellence
  • History of excellent writing skills

  • Extensive knowledge and expertise of mass email campaigns

  • Results-oriented and analytical

  • 0-3 industry experience out of college
