Sales Director, Agency

The Team. Our US team is in hyper-growth and the Agency Sales Team is tasked with identifying and securing new agency revenue across RTB House's OLV, Display, Native and CTV solutions.
The Job. The Agency Sales Director will own and develop the go-to-market strategy for one or more major holding company accounts, as well as prospect and close new independent agency business, secure meetings and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across all aspects of the agency portfolio, inclusive of digital and video investment, executive, strategy, creative, programmatic, barter and barter teams. The Director will:
- Drive new business revenue through comprehensive ownership of all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to campaign launch.
- Utilize the RTB House CRM tool to track outreach/activity and accurately forecast pipeline.
- Deliver sales presentations/pitches to agencies / advertisers.
- Work with internal support teams to fulfill RFP/RFI's, secure account revenue, and agency verification.
- Coordinate with Account Management to analyze campaign results and formulate upsell/renewal strategies to achieve desired growth.
The Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience selling to Tier 1 & 2 Agencies.
- A firm understanding of how to navigate the agency landscape.
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence across teams at all levels of an organization.
- Success selling to premium clients across Auto, QSR, Retail, Finance, Travel, etc.
- A thorough understanding of today's programmatic marketing ecosystem.
- Resourceful, creative, self-starter, who thrives in the exciting opportunity of a start-up environment.
