POSITION SUMMARY


Truveris is looking for a Life Sciences Sales Professional responsible for selling our technology-enabled patient affordability solutions, including our Benefits Verification Program (TruCheck) CoPay Program(TruPay), and Prescription Adherence Program(TruConnect) directly to pharmaceutical manufacturers. Reporting to the SVP of our Life Sciences division, the Sales Director is tasked with prospecting, qualifying and managing an individual sales territory and pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quota. 


100% remote position. Preferred candidates will be based in the US. #LI-Remote #BI-Remote 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are:
  • A strategic partner to clients, cultivating relationships and providing solutions to complex business needs
  • An individual contributor selling complex tech-enabled patient affordability solutions to pharma biotech manufacturers to better manage and address gross to net
  • Developing and executing sales strategy for assigned territory to consistently meet and exceed quota
  • Managing commercial relationship and client business needs through regular market visits with clients, and engagement in the industry and issues of the day
  • Excited to be selling multiple product lines and able to learn new products and services
  • An incredible client advocate managing needs to meet internal constraints using sound judgment around capacity, capabilities, and resources
  • A true strategist who manages and maintains the momentum of the sales process to deal closure
  • Able to identify and leverage internal resources to further the sales efforts (e.g. pre-sales, contract, etc.)
  • An impeccable communicator able to provide leadership with regular updates on sales-focused activities including lead generation, competitive intelligence and product opportunities
  • Generating your own pipeline
  • An awesome team player able to work with SMEs across the team to achieve organizational goals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Here’s what you need:
  • Minimum 5 years experience which includes strong sales/relationship management and account management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum 5 years experience originating and building a business in a new market segment and whitespace geographies
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Solution Selling
  • Impeccable customer-centric presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate sales opportunities comfortably and confidently with proven success
  • A hunter mentality and a positive, go-getter, attitude
  • Expertise in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal
  • Ability and desire to travel both locally and out-of-town.
  • Fluency in sales cycle of subscription-based pricing models
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical access programs and managed care market solutions developed by pharmaceutical companies
  • Appetite to succeed in an early-stage, high growth environment
  • Unquestionable integrity and reputation, with a track record of delivering results while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
  • Experience using Salesforce and solid working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Bias to action, high sense of urgency and energy and desire to wear many hats
  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university
