The Role
Native is looking for a high-energy sales person to help lead and generate sales opportunities enterprise customers. This role will be work with other members of the Native sales team, as well as senior leadership, to drive high-velocity sales engagements with leading companies through a blend of strategic high-touch engagements and outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities 

  • Target, source, and close commercial deals around the world
  • Drive outbound prospecting with target accounts
  • Manage to weekly metrics on performance with Native's leadership team
  • Source and purchase research lists to optimize lead generation
  • Coordinate with enterprise sales leads on use case development and collaborative sales
  • Collaborate with Native’s leadership in setting strategic priorities for global sales

Requirements

  • Intensely competitive with high personal earnings ambition tied to execution
  • Experience with productized enterprise software sales
  • Knowledge of relevant tools prospecting
  • Leadership and organization skills for daily/weekly team check-ins for transparent, sharing of performance metrics, motivation, and lessons learned 
  • Data-driven with ability to set, measure, monitor, and share insights on what is working and what's not in order to motivate and optimize the team.
  • Total self-starter biased toward execution and willing to own key challenges in a small team 
  • Significant international travel experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel and work on some weekends
