Responsibilities
- Spearhead the growth of HealthKick's revenue channels, including direct to corporate sales, expansion of existing accounts and strategic channel partnerships.
- Supervise and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals: activity, pipeline, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets
- Creatively iterate upon our sales motion and go-to-market strategies, and drive new programs which help improve the sales organization
- Build skills, confidence, and trust with direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
- Identify and evaluate options in our technology stack to help generate additional efficiency
- Supervise and conduct training on skills improvement and operational efficiency
- Build the team through recruiting, hiring and training world-class sales talent
- Understand leadership training styles and apply to interactions with direct reports
Requirements
-10+ years in SaaS/Modern Sales organization
-5+ years of experience as a head of sales
-Experience managing a team of 5-10+ direct reports
-A strong track record of overachieving sales targets in a high velocity, high growth business
-Proven experience in leveling-up their team(s) through leadership, team management, and impeccable coaching skills
-A proven track record of change management and adaptability within an innovative and evolving organization
-A deep understanding of customer values, needs, and goals to design processes solving for customers first
-Strong analytical skills which are applied through a quantitative and qualitative approach to decision making and strategy
-BA/BS Degree
-Expertise with CRMs; CRM Reporting, familiarity with Close and Slack preferred
-Impeccable interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
-Self-starter with ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions
