Sales Effectiveness Operations Manager

| Greater NYC Area


  • Own scheduling, communication and program management of sales effectiveness programs for Sales Leaders, Sales
    and Business Development reps globally
  • Assist with team operations and systems including the Learning and Content Management Systems and Reporting
  • Own Sales Effectiveness Communications and Event coordination including onboarding, SKO’s training scheduling and logistics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program attendees and training inquiries


  • 2-3 years of sales enablement experience including running onboarding programs
  • 2-3 years of program management with excellent organization and communication skills
  • Able to communicate and engage with sales and marketing leaders and sales reps
  • Familiarity with 30/60/90 high growth sales onboarding programs
  • Familiarity with sales technology such as Salesforce, LMS and sales enablement platforms (e.g., MindTickle,
    SalesHood, LearnCore, Showpad)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Prior experience running complex events and enablement programs requiring personal initiative
  • Sales or sales operations background or experience
  • Real Estate experienceBackground in a fast-paced start up environment
