Sales Enablement Coordinator

The Sales Enablement team’s primary responsibility within the Revenue Operations team is to ensure that all customer-facing Yext employees are fully trained, equipped, and prepared to accomplish their goals in selling and supporting the Yext platform.
Yext is seeking a Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our team. The goal of this role is to facilitate the training, productivity, and enablement focused projects of the Sales Enablement team in order to ensure that all employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and the best practices needed in order to meet and exceed their goals. The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, detail oriented, and has experience coordinating complicated and logistically complex projects or events.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the logistics of the 2 week Onboarding program for new employees; You'll be working with internal team members and outside vendors on organizing trainings that meet all necessary requirements: book conference rooms, deal printing participants' materials. Verifying equipment is ready (computers, room equipment, catering during events, team dinners, training facilities, stationery, materials, etc.) Getting necessities for training including whiteboard materials, projector, prizes, organizing catering, etc.
- Coordinate social events and team activities for new hires
- Handle scheduling and logistics for ongoing training efforts
- Help manage the request queue for new trainings
- Support in the creation and upkeep of training content
- Manage training content libraries to ensure key materials are organized and easy to find
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS Degree Excellent organizational skills to monitor and prioritize multiple activities at once
- 5+ years of experience in a program management, enablement or customer-facing role
- An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude and growth mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in fast pace and high-growth environment and be willing to “roll-up your sleeves”
- Ability to build relationships across multiple departments and work cross-functionally Proficiency in MS Office & Google Apps
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience managing complex calendars
- Prior experience managing complex projects and programs
- Experience in previous sales, customer success or business operations
- Prior experience with learning software or training
- Prior experience with reporting/analytical tools
